Information collected
If the form is active, it collects name, phone number, ZIP code, property type, project scope, approximate volume, access, timeline, optional details, consent record, source page, limited campaign attribution, and anti-abuse data. Do not submit financial, medical, account, access-code, or other sensitive information.
Use and sharing
The Local Lookout LLC uses a request to store, secure, audit, review, and respond to it. A request is not shared with a service provider unless that provider is first identified to the homeowner and the homeowner agrees. No provider is currently assigned.
Storage and retention
Accepted requests are stored in a site-specific Cloudflare D1 database before an email notification is attempted through Resend. Personally identifying fields are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Infrastructure providers may retain limited technical logs under their own policies.
Phone and voicemail
The displayed CallRail number routes callers to a non-urgent intake voicemail. Any recording or transcription disclosure is played in the call flow before recording begins.
