Volume and material type
Truck or container space matters, but so do weight and item category. Furniture, loose household goods, dense debris, appliances, mattresses, electronics, tires, yard material, and construction waste can involve different handling and disposal costs.
Labor and access
Floors, stairs, elevator reservations, long carries, disassembly, narrow doors, heavy items, protective coverings, parking distance, and loading restrictions can change time and crew needs.
Disposal and special handling
Ask which disposal or recycling fees are included and which items are excluded or priced separately. Dangerous, regulated, or unknown materials should not be silently grouped into a normal cleanout quote.
Sorting, donation, and extra stops
On-site sorting, document review, donation drop-offs, sale preparation, storage moves, and multiple destinations require time and should appear in the scope. Donation acceptance is controlled by the receiving organization, not promised by this site.
Timing and final condition
A short deadline, restricted work window, same-day request, or staged project may affect logistics. Define whether the price includes only removal, a broom sweep, more detailed cleaning, fixture removal, repairs, or other work.
